For this tutorial I will list a selection of my favorite InDesign shortcuts when working with color. Once memorized these shortcuts will help you become more efficient and give you more time to be creative. First, I would like to share some general color advice that I regard as essential. Use a Color Wheel By using a color wheel and developing color schemes, you can restrict your palette to avoid using random colors and ultimately a color clash.

How to Make a Product Box and Flash Drive Mock-up

How to Create a Dynamic 3D Puzzle Effect in Adobe Illustrator

In the following tutorial you will learn how to create a nice looking puzzle effect. Using 3D Extrude, Bevel and Map Art options you will learn how to hand craft the individual pieces of the puzzle and arrange it into a dynamic layout. Step 1 Create a 1000 by 1100px document. Wrap a Ribbon Around a Sphere, Using 3D Revolve

In this Quick Tip, you’ll create a Symbol, which you will then map to a 3D globe. The result looks like a ribbon wrapped around a hollow sphere. Let’s get started! Step 1 Click once with the Rectangle tool (M) and draw a thin rectangle, about 300px x 20px. Step 2 Switch to the Selection tool (V), then press Return to bring up the Move dialog box.
