The Zwatch Project

Zwatch is an online community and multimedia art project about zombies. Created by Alexander Laccarino and his Zteam in 2009, Zwatch launched in the Quad Cities of the Iowa/Illinois area following a fictitious story of a local zombie outbreak. The unsuspecting public took the project seriously and madness ensued. The Story In the summer of 2009, Zacharia Furio, a 21-year-old from Davenport, Iowa, was working for the Quad City Department of Biological Sciences, when he suddenly disappeared.

Today we’re on location in St Ives, trying something different with very long coastal exposures. You’ll see the afterglow of the sunset illuminating the sea, movement in the waves, and a beautiful final image! Video Overview In this digital photography tutorial we explore shooting long exposures at the edge of the day using only the remnants of light remaining in the sky. We’ll start off with a few night photography tips and explains the camera setup before a brief tour of the location. Quick Tip: The Effect of Brush Strokes in CorelDRAW

In this Vector Quick Tip, you will learn how to create various Brush stroke effects for different purposes, such as creating banners or an artistically drawn landscape. Step 1 – Create the Draft of the Landscape Select the Rectangle Tool and draw a rectangle. Then draw the horizon line with the FreeHand Tool as shown in the image below (don’t forget to close the shape). Select the both objects and intersect them (Arrange > Shaping > Intersect).
